Most of our home and garden pottery collections are designed for interior decoration purposes, but we also have painted flower pot and clay terra cotta plant pot for planting purposes. Most of the pottery are fired at 800 degree Celcius, making them having a modest frost resistance. It is recommended to use the pottery as intended.
In regions with tropical climate, however, the pottery can be used in an outdoor setting such as an accent in patio.

We have one. Our Arizona terra cotta garden pot collection has high frost resistance, a result of production using state-of-the-art pottery making technology and firing at no less than 1,000 degree Celcius. These natural terra cotta pot are also suitable for outdoor use.

Our standard quotation is FOB. However, we may also quote in ex-factory basis if the shipment will be arranged by a third party and products will be consolidated with other merchandises imported from Indonesia. In such cases, we would glad to arrange domestic transportation to any locations in Indonesia.

Here is our standard packaging method: each smaller-size pottery is wrapped with poly-ethylene sheet and packed into a double-wall carton box. For larger and heavier pottery items - normally those of 70 cm high and higher - are packed with a wooden frame. Further details on packaging is described in our pricing information.

You may pay more for the packaging, but it saves you from possible losses. Imagine, when you wait for weeks to receive your ordered pottery and then, find that they are scratched or broken, what is the value of that damaged pottery? Absolutely zero.

The use of carton boxes for each pottery also saves your valuable time when stacking the pottery in your expensive warehouse. And what also important is that: when arrive at your place, pottery are ready for delivery to your ultimate customers; no need to do your own more-costly pottery packaging works.

A safe cargo shipment is when your pottery doesn't move inside the container during inland transportation and during ocean shipment. To achieve a maximum load of the container and achieve a safe shipment too, we arrange a thight stacking of goods between the inner sides of the container. And to have so, it is highly recommended that you order at an optimum quantity per-item. Let's work together in this issue.

We also do fumigation to meet your country's entry requirement. Please note that we can also meet ISPM packaging requirements.

NOTE ON SHIPMENT: Customers may use any shipping companies of their preference for shipment of their goods.

We only deal with wholesale business. In general, minimum quantities per-item is around 20 (twenty) pieces. It varies depending on the product items, however, a minimum shipment of one 20 feet container applies. This can be made up of mixed products.

Due to efficiency considerations, some pottery series have a specific MOQ requirement. Arizona terra cotta garden pot can only be ordered at minimum 40 feet container.

We don't mean that. We do understand that some customers may need to review the quality of our pottery products. Also, you might need to test your market first before securing your regular order. Therefore, we allow a sample purchase.

Please note, however, that it may not be economical if you are doing this. If you understand this consequence, we will serve you at our best efforts.

In general, lead time is 5 (five) weeks; it depends upon our production load when you confirm an order. Also, if your order consists of fewer items, each of larger quantities, we may able to supply them in a shorter period.

For your first order, we require a 50% deposit by bank transfer to confirm and process an order. Balance should be settled prior to shipment or, after Bill of Lading is faxed to you.

Absolutely you can. An at sight irrevocable LC payment is accepted for an order of minimum one 40 feet container.
